COMPLIMENTARY TICKETS
As an exhibitor you are entitled to as many complimentary visitor tickets to the
show as you require. The tickets are a standard A5 size and will be sent to you
free of charge. The tickets can be used in any pre-show marketing activity you are
undertaking and they are an extremely effective way to get your customers to visit
your stand.
Tickets can be circulated through many mediums:
- As an insert in your company/product brochures or newsletters
- Directly to your clients/prospects
- Alongside any mailings you undertake such as company letters and invoices

VIP TICKETS
In addition to the standard complimentary admission tickets, you can nominate a
separate wish list of clients, prospects and potential buyers to receive a VIP invitation.
As a VIP visitor they will receive the following VIP package before the event:
- A personalised letter which will detail the event and advise your guest that they
have been invited as a VIP by your company
- A specially designed VIP ticket describing the exhibition and offering free admission
and VIP benefits some of which include a Taste
London card worth £69.95, fast track entry to the Show, a special 10 year anniversary
gift and champagne.
The VIP programme is a valuable opportunity to raise your profile and build better
relations with your top clients and key prospects. We will carry out two mailings
to your VIP contacts on your behalf before the Show. We can let you know which of
your VIPs have registered to attend the Show so you can follow-up and arrange appointments
with them at your stand.
Please bear in mind that to avoid more than one invitation being sent to the same
client, all nominations are treated on a first-come first-served basis. So hurry
and send us your VIP list by 14th July 2008.

VISITOR VOUCHER BOOK
Following on from the superb response we received from exhibitors last year we will
once again be running the Visitor Voucher Book. This is a visitor incentive designed
to encourage them to visit your stand. Exhibitors simply put forward a prize or
special offer we compile in a booklet and the visitor can take their completed voucher
to your stand to be redeemed. This visitor promotion has also been successfully
used on a number of other exhibitions we organise, including the Business Travel
Show and the In-Store Show.
Each voucher will contain full details of the offer and the exhibitor’s logo with
the terms and conditions on the reverse. Visitors must bring the voucher to the
relevant exhibitor’s stand to benefit from the offer. It is then up to you, the
exhibitor, to fulfil the offer. The voucher will be mailed to all pre-registered
visitors before the Show as well as being advertised as an incentive to pre-register
for the Show. We will be responsible for the print and production of this promotion
– There is no cost involved to feature in this promotion, except of course the prize
you shall be offering.
Previous examples of prizes have included, for example, a weekend away, M & S vouchers,
champagne, chocolates, a free trial of your services or a discount off products
or services.
Free prize draws are only acceptable if the value is more than £300.

Email Template
Sending out an email to your database is a great and inexpensive way to advertise
your presence at the Show. You can highlight key products and services you will
be demonstrating on your stand or arrange meetings with key clients and prospects
during the Show.
To save you time and effort we have produced a Show branded email template you can
use to email to your database. Simply enter your key information in the spaces provided,
add a contact email address so visitors can reply and enter the email addresses
into the BCC field. We have included a web link within the template so your visitors
can register for FREE entry to the Show.
The email template can be used in a variety of ways. Each member of your sales team
can email their own key contacts and set up meetings to coincide with their time
at the Show or you can use it to arrange key appointments with your high-level management.
If you’re looking to increase brand awareness at the Show this email can be used
to really drive home your message.

Web Banners
We have produced Show branded web buttons and banners in a variety of sizes that
you can put onto your company website. Whether you wish to place them on your home
page or your events section each banner comes with a link where visitors can register
for FREE entry to the Show.

Adding an email footer to your emails highlighting your presence at the Show is
another great way of attracting visitors to your stand. Simply putting something
like;

*NEW* Online Appointments Service
We are introducing a new facility for the Show which is designed to help both visitors
and exhibitors have a successful Show.
The Employee Benefits Live Show Appointments System will be made available to visitors
to pre-arrange meetings with the exhibitors of their choice. This serves the purpose
of ensuring the visitor is able to manage their time efficiently at the Show and
they can have guaranteed appointments with exhibitors. This should also help you
meet visitors who are really interested in your products and services and hopefully
the meeting is the start of a successful relationship.
Visitors will be able to log on to the website and select a day and time to meet
with an exhibitor. The exhibitor will then receive an email confirmation. Should
you wish to cancel the appointment you can do this via the website whereupon the
visitor will receive a confirmation email. Exhibitors can access their online diary
via the Exhibitor Zone on the Show website.
There will not be a cost involved for this promotion. We will include you in the
facility unless you wish to opt out. Should you not wish to be involved please email

Online Exhibition
In contrast with previous years we have decided to make this facility FREE to all
exhibitors. This means your company will have its own online exhibition page on
the show website – {www.employeebenefitslive.co.uk}. This will enable you to advertise
your company constantly from now until 28 days after the show takes place.
Your page will be self maintained so you have complete control over the content
and it can be updated as often as you like to keep the site visitors up to date
on any company or product news. It is simple to create and you are given full instructions
to maximise the potential of your page. Your online exhibition can include:
- Contact details and a web link to your website
- Your company logo
- Editorial of up to 6 paragraphs about your company, products or services
- An additional picture to showcase your product
- Choose product categories and keywords to help visitors find your page
- Press releases
- Information about what you will be doing at the show
- Special offers and competitions
We will be promoting this facility to visitors so that they can use the contact
details on your page to make appointments with you before the show. So it is ideal
to take advantage of this in order to get key visitors to your stand.
